From October to December 2010, the CEC has obtained the building fire inspection and acceptance, as well as the licences of medical treatment and education. The center has been officially put into operation on March 1, 2021. Each month increases by 10 children. Starting from the second half of 2021, the number of children will increase by 15 each month. By the end of the year, the center is expected to have 120-150 children (including 50 places for charity).
